This one man show takes place in the basement of a restaurant, where the unemployed actor Sam takes care of table reservations, the problem is just that the restaurant is fully booked!

Gynekologen i Askim and Klass 9A wins Kristallen

The award Kristallen for Best Drama went to ”Gynekologen i Askim”, starring Jacob Nordenson, Leif Andrée and Maria Kulle. “Klass 9A”, where Leif Andrée does the speaker, won the award for Best Documentary. Congratulations to all winners!

Jakob Eklund & Björn Granath med i Les grandes personnes som är uttagen till kritikerveckan i Cannes

Filmen, som Directed by sserats av den unga franska Directed by ssören Anna Novion, spelades in helt i Sverige med blandad fransk och svensk cast.

Jakob Eklund och Björn Granath återfinns på rollistan. Filmen är en samproduktion mellan svenska DFM Fiktion och franska MSVP.

Filmen beräknas få svensk premiär mot slutet av 2008.

De ofrivilliga med Maria Lundqvist till Cannes

De ofrivilliga i Directed by av Ruben Östlund är uttagen till Cannes Filmfestival, sektionen ”Un Certain Regard”.

Filmen är uppdelad i fem episoder om människor som hamnar i pinsamma situationer. Maria Lundqvist är den enda etablerade skådespelaren som medverkar och hon spelar rollen som sig själv på bussresa genom Sverige med en nitisk busschaufför. Filmen beräknas få sin Sverigepremiär under hösten 2008.

I änkan Bernardas hus hålls fem frustrerade döttrar och en senil mormor instängda. Döttrarna ska inte andas frisk luft eller se solens ljus på 8 år för att sörja sin döda far, har Bernarda bestämt.

Den äldsta dottern, ”Angustias”, spelad av Tanja Lorentzon, hoppas på att komma ur det klaustrofobiska fängelset mamman skapat genom att gifta sig med ”Pepe Romano” runt vilka de alla svärmar. Hon är egentligen för gammal och ful, men är den enda av systrarna med pengar nog att locka en make. Den yngsta dottern ”Adela” (Julia Dufvenius) - ännu vacker och i giftasålder – konkurrerar och intrigerar för att vinna honom för sig själv. Hot, skvaller, elakheter och våld är det fullt av i Bernardas hus. Spelas på Dramatens lilla scen i Directed by av Christian Tomner.

Fanny plays the part od "Lena" who moves to the city from the country side with a guitar and a lot of ambition. She gets caught up in the anti vietnam war organisation FNL.

The show is based on an award winning book by Evan Wright.

Joakim Nätterqvist is cast as the lead in "Arn", in Scandinavias highest budgeted epic to date. There will be two feature films based on the books by Jan Guillou about the knight of templar Arn. They will be directed by Peter Flinth and production is scheduled for spring 2007. Preliminary realease date is December 2007
